This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Tunnel Express website, http://www.tunnelexpress.com.au and our mobile applications.

It does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the use of, or the protection of information provided to, other websites or services linked to our website or that you use to access our website, applications or services.

Tunnel Express is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Tunnel Express is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, to make contact with Tunnel Express or to make purchases, you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include, but not limited to, personal information or payment details.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

It’s also important to note that we do not allow third-party behavioural tracking.

CAN SPAM Act
